Promoting Conservation Through Education

Supporting local wildlife does not end when the animals leave our care. Through community education we strive to promote peaceful coexistence.

For over 30 years, our rehabilitators have been gathering knowledge and experience with caring for local wildlife, coping with nuisance animals and supporting our urban ecosystems. Our team of education volunteers brings this knowledge to you through:

  • Community festival appearances
  • Adult and youth education programs
  • Classroom programs
  • Wildlife Camps
  • Wildlife Workshops
  • Scout Activities
  • Birthday Parties
  • And, more!

Learning comes alive with a visit from our education mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians. A visit to our center is a chance to interact with wildlife and engage in hands-on learning. Supporting our education programs helps to support our rehabilitation efforts and ensure we can provide quality care to all animals that come through our doors. The TWRC Wildlife Center also partners with and supports other local charity organizations.
