Caring for Texas Wildlife ... One Animal at a Time

SPEAKERS BUREAU

TWRC booth

TWRC's Speakers' Bureau is active in not only the Houston area but surrounding areas as well.  Led by our Education Director, volunteers are available to give education lectures to groups, clubs, schools, and organizations on a variety of wildlife subjects.  Tours of our Shelter can also be scheduled through the Speakers' Bureau.

If you would like a speaker to come to your facility or if you would like to schedule a tour of our Shelter, please fill out the Speakers' Bureau Request Form at least two weeks in advance.  With the information provided on the form, the Education Director will check the available resources and obtain a speaker.  Once a speaker is scheduled, you will be sent a confirmation letter.

A speaker is NOT guaranteed, however, until you receive a confirmation letter.

Gwen Van Sickle, TWRC Education Director

If you have any additional questions and/or special requests, please contact Ms. Van Sickle.

You may also call the Shelter and leave your name and phone number, and the Education Director will get in touch with you.
